A bathroom is the smallest room in the house and the easiest one to get wrong. Nearly every bathroom failure traces back to the same three things: waterproofing shortcuts, falls that do not drain, and a fit-out sequenced in the wrong order.

We strip back to the frame, set out the falls and drainage properly, waterproof to standard, and only then start tiling. Plumbing and electrical are carried out by licensed trades we work with regularly, and the membrane is inspected before anything covers it.

You will see the selections laid out before we order — tile, tapware, vanity and lighting together — so there are no surprises on install day.
