We get an engineer to the problem first, then carry out the work to their specification: steel beams and posts, footing underpinning, re-stumping, and remedial work to walls and floors. Certification comes with it.
Where removing a wall is part of a wider renovation, we can handle the structural work and the finishes together, so you are not coordinating two builders around one hole in the wall.
