We hold the programme, book trades against it, and keep the certification paperwork current as we go rather than scrambling for it at the end. If something slips, you hear it from us before you notice it on site.
Every build is delivered under licence BLD 359407, carries Building Indemnity Insurance, and comes with Home Warranty on the completed work.
